| RETENTION OF TITLE.
All goods supplied remain the property of R.C.M.S until payment has been received in full on all contracts between seller and buyer for the supply of goods or services (and all cheques cleared, not on delivery.) I reserve the right to recover goods at the customers expense that have not been paid for within the my terms of settlement.
PRICES.
The seller (R.C.M.S) prices are all inclusive.All prices are subject to alteration without notice and the price applicable shall be that ruling at the date of dispatch.
CARRIAGE CHARGES.
Carriage is due on all goods unless altered prior to purchase,and is charged at the rates shown on our website.
PAYMENT.
The total amount shown on the invoice is due on the date of the invoice (Cheques made payable to R.COLLINS).Non compliance with R.C.M.S terms of payment shall constitute default without reminder. R.C.M.S may in its sole discretion demand full payment of all outstanding balances whether due or not and/or cancel all outstanding orders and/or decline to make further deliveries except upon receipt of cash or satisfactory security,and/or immediate return of goods.
DESPATCH.
Every effort will be made to deliver goods on time but the seller (R.C.M.S) shall have no liability for any loss or damage caused
by the delay of delivery.Non-delivery must be advised in writing within fourteen days of order date otherwise the seller will accept no responsibility.

INSPECTION ON ARRIVAL.
The buyer shall inspect the products immediately on delivery and shall notify the seller (R.C.M.S) within three days of delivery of any loss,damage or descrepancy.Failure to do so will bar any claim for breach of contract.

FAULTY GOODS.
It is the policy of the seller (R.C.M.S) to replace faulty goods on receipt of original invoice and valid returns number.Any goods that have been tampered with or misused will not be replaced. Goods will not be replaced after a period of 90 days unless under a manufacturers guarantee.
WARRANTY / CALLOUT CHARGES.
All installation work carried out on a customers machine carries a parts and labour warranty as specified on the front of this invoice and is valid ONLY to the owner and machine specified overleaf. A callout fee will be levied if the seller is called out to repair an alarm/immobiliser system that is not covered under warranty by means of new owner,expiry date, deliberate misuse or treatment to the item, OR after inspection the alarm unit is found to be NOT at fault.
In addition any further work including inspection work which is required will be charged at the prevailing rate.
